COVID-19 Update – If you visited the City Campus Student Hub on Tuesday 10 November health authorities are advising you to get a COVID-19 test as a precaution, even if you don’t have symptoms.
AUT has shuttle buses which run between the City, North, and South Campuses. Shuttle buses have free wifi, ramps for wheelchair users, and provide schedule updates to passengers.
The shuttle bus to the North Campus will be discontinued from the end of 2020. Find out more about alternative transport, South Campus bus info, and ticket prices in 2021.
Plan your journey carefully. During alert level 1:
The timetable shows shuttle times during semester and semester breaks.
The North/City shuttle bus is running according to the timetable.
As an excellent alternative for the North Campus/City Campus shuttle, you can take the NX2 bus (run by Auckland Transport) which runs every 10 minutes during the day. You'll need an AT Hop card. Check the AT website for details.
You need to buy shuttle tickets on campus before you travel – you cannot pay the driver in cash.
You can buy tickets from the following campus locations.
AUT's shuttle buses are for AUT students and staff only. Please do not be offended if you are asked to show your AUT Student ID when boarding.
