At Bright Side, our community comes together for conversation, connection and reflection on the ups and downs of being human. We run a regular programme of talks, workshops, rituals, and social events. Our workshops are currently online and cover topics of self-care, self-discovery and designing the impact you want to make in your life.

Bright Side’s momentum meetings are a community of students focused on goal setting and accountability. We encourage community building, sharing and staying open-minded as we focus on developing SMART goals and celebrating every success. We meet once a week to check in on our progress with each other to remain accountable to our goals.

Madz is a third-year international tourism management student and responsible for student engagement and communications at Bright Side. She is the School of Hospitality and Tourism representative, a student ambassador, a peer mentor – and a committee member of our on-campus community pantry, Foodie Godmother. Madz is also a proud mum of three children. Talk about momentum!
