Shut Up and Write: Zoom sessions

Writing from home can seem daunting and hard to make good progress. Fortunately, AUT’s SUAW sessions are now available via Zoom.

These sessions are a chance to dedicate some focused time to working on your writing (literally Shut Up and Write) and hold yourself accountable for your work. You can work on anything writing related, so long as you work!

Access comprehensive information about research ethics, including current forms on the AUT website. Of particular note, there is a decision tree to help you work through whether you need ethics approval or not.

Scholarships Database and the AUT Scholarships Office

Visit the AUT Scholarships Database for scholarship information and application forms; this is updated on a daily basis. New scholarships are listed regularly in this database and currently well over 240 schemes are listed. Although a search engine is available it is important not to limit your search too far – start broad and narrow it down if there are many opportunities that aren’t relevant. If you are applying over the next few weeks do remember to read the essential tips document.

If you would like advice about postgraduate scholarships, please contact the Scholarships Office, on Phone: +64 9 921 9837 or email scholars@aut.ac.nz
