Wellness Toolkit sessions for postgrad students

The most important element of your study or research is... you! Come along to our Wellness Toolkit sessions for postgraduate students so you can build your own set of 'tools' to enhance your resilience and wellbeing.

These are monthly drop-in sessions for tips and discussion on common concerns experienced by postgraduate students.

Attend in person or online*

Meet with other postgraduates each month for discussions facilitated by a mental health advisor/counsellor – you can come along in person or join the session online.


*If the current COVID-19 alert level does not allow face to face sessions the Wellness Toolkit sessions will be online only

Upcoming sessions

Time: 2pm to 3.30pm.

Sessions are free and there is no need to register. Upcoming sessions are as follows:

  • Wednesday 19 May Building resilience: Self-care and self-compassion
  • Wednesday 16 June Navigating relationships and getting the best out of supervision

  • Wednesday 18 August Getting good sleep
  • Wednesday 15 September Managing low mood
  • Wednesday 20 October Revisiting managing stress and worry
  • Wednesday 17 November Review – complete wellness toolkit
