The most important element of your study or research is... you! Come along to our Wellness Toolkit sessions for postgraduate students so you can build your own set of 'tools' to enhance your resilience and wellbeing.
These are monthly drop-in sessions for tips and discussion on common concerns experienced by postgraduate students.
Meet with other postgraduates each month for discussions facilitated by a mental health advisor/counsellor – you can come along in person or join the session online.
*If the current COVID-19 alert level does not allow face to face sessions the Wellness Toolkit sessions will be online only
