Class enrolment and timetable clashes

alert level faqs

Find out how you enrol into classes, how to view your timetable and what to do if you have a timetable clash.

Class enrolment

If you're a first-year student, your faculty automatically enrols you into your first-year papers.

Some faculties will advise you to enrol under Arion under 'Academic Details' - select 'Class Enrolments'. For faculties that don't have online class enrolment available, contact your programme administrator. You should also do this if you're a returning student.

What to do if you have a timetable clash

If you have a timetable clash or you want to change class times, contact your programme administrator for help.

How to view your timetable

During the current alert level you can access the timetable for each of your papers in Blackboard (it won't be available via Student Hub Online or the AUT app). In Blackboard, look for the 'Timetable' button in the left-hand navigation of your My Courses view.

Your paper timetable tells you when you need to be online with your lecturers and your peers, and which parts of the paper you can access in your own time.
