IT account registration

Current students must register their IT account to continue using AUT online services such as AUT wiii, Student Hub Online, Blackboard, printing and Internet.

​​​Registering your IT account from home:

If you have received your offer letter, your network login details will be in it.
You are now ready to register your IT account from home. To do this:

• Open up a web browser.
• Go to Network Services page and login with your network login and your default password
• The IT account registration page will pop up.
• Click on “Unregistered” next to Registration Status.
• The IT account registration page will open.
• After you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a verification link on your personal email address and/or mobile phone.
• Make sure you click on at least one of the validation links to complete the registration process.

​​​​Registering your IT account from an AUT computer: ​

• At the login screen, press Ctrl-Alt-Del at the same time.
• Login with your network login and default password.
• Wait for the IT account registration page to pop open.
• After you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a verification link on your personal email address and/or mobile phone.
• Make sure you click on at least one of the validation links to complete the registration process.
