COVID-19 Update – If you visited the City Campus Student Hub on Tuesday 10 November health authorities are advising you to get a COVID-19 test as a precaution, even if you don’t have symptoms.
You can top up your print and internet account by visiting the self-service Top Up Kiosks located at Tech Central across all three campuses. You can also top up online using your credit card.
Printing and copying costs are low, so consider topping up in small amounts, eg $2 or $5, especially if you are in your last semester.
You can top up on campus using your Eftpos, Mastercard or Visa credit card at a kiosk.
You can top up online anytime from anywhere using your Mastercard or Visa credit card. You need to deposit money into your account first, and then transfer it to your internet or print account.
If you're leaving AUT and want to have your personal internet/print money refunded, a $25 administration fee will apply, regardless of the amount to be refunded. This is to cover the University's cost of administering a refund.
