Student Hub Online is AUT's online portal for accessing information and services. Here, you'll be able to view news and events, access AUT's systems and tools, like Arion and Blackboard, and you can also access your Office 365 tools like Word, Excel and OneDrive​.

My Dashboard

My Dashboard is where most of the information personalised to you will appear.

  • Timetable: This timetable shows your lectures and tutorials. It's updated nightly, so any changes made during the day will be reflected in the timetable for the next day.
  • Shuttle timetable: This allows you to see when the next three buses are due at each of the campuses.
  • Print & internet balance: Your print and internet balance is displayed here. You can click the 'Top Up' button to add money to your Deposit Account and you'll be able to transfer money from the Deposit to Print/Internet account.
  • Computer bookings: This displays the current PC booking you have at Tech Central. To book a PC, you can click on the 'Book' button. Clicking on the 'Computer Bookings' link will take you to a list of resources that are currently available at Tech Central.
  • Library books: ​View your borrowed library books, overdue books, or if you have books that are ready to be picked up, on hold, and any outstanding library fines.​
