Book an appointment and medical centre locations

You can book an appointment at a Student Medical Centre if you need to see a doctor or nurse. We can't offer medical centre services to distance students (in New Zealand), or students living outside New Zealand for safety reasons.

North and South Medical centres are temporarily closed

Due to ongoing staff shortages, all in-person appointments are currently taking place at our City Campus medical centre only. We plan to return to the North and South Campus by early 2023.

  • Call us to make an appointment: +64 9 921 9992 or book online
  • Virtual appointments are available for North and South Campus students
  • Students from all campuses: If an in-person appointment is recommended and you don't have transport to the City Campus, let us know – we can arrange transport for you

In-person appointments

If you’re unwell with a cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or a temperature, phone the centre before entering the clinic.
